With just days remaining until a controversial MMA combat fighting event on the White House grounds, a new federal lawsuit seeks a court order to halt the event and declare it unlawful.

The suit argues the event is a corporate handout, is suspiciously timed on President Trump’s birthday and could forever change the grounds of the White House. The case also notes how taxpayer-funded benefits are being offered to major businesses, including David Ellison who has unleashed an overhaul inside CBS News.

But perhaps the most striking argument comes on page 15, with language and quotations unlike any I’ve seen in a federal lawsuit.
